A rotted porch, rebuilt to last
This front porch had stringers rotted clean through and a step you had to warn people about. Roman tore it back to the framing, replaced what was failing, and rebuilt the stairs and railings from scratch. Same footprint, none of the rot.

Roman Pyasetskyy has run PRM Construction as an Oregon LLC since 2016, and it's still his own name on the CCB license and his own truck in the driveway. Reviewers come back to the same handful of words: organized, on budget, on schedule, and honest about what a job actually needs.
